30-Day Return Policy

At PranaHeals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your healing crystal purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items damaged by misuse or negligence

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@pranaheals.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

• For damaged/defective items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
• For other returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Process

1. Submit a return request by emailing support@pranaheals.com
2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
