Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged through customer misuse
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at support@pranaheals.com to initiate your return
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided (return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective)
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pranaheals.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@pranaheals.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
