Prana

After over 10 years of in depth study, practice and sharing the yoga, Prana brings a unique style of yoga to the community. Seated in hatha, tantra and more contemporary practices such a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Prana guides students into poses that transform old patterns held in the body. She gently and lovingly guides individuals to open into one's True Self...one's pure essence.

Prana has recently released Audio Podcasts and Photos of Poses called Self Love: A Guided Visualization and Gentle and Restorative Asana Flows. Prana continues to share the yoga internationally, and in her private studio in Portland, ME.

“Prana is an exceptional role model and teacher of yoga and natural healing. She is devoted to healing and personal transformation and gently invites us to join her on the path. Prana guides us to deep places of self-discovery and acceptance, where healing happens and wholeness is restored. Like “water that wears away rock,” Prana’s yoga instruction dissolves physical, emotional, and energetic barriers to being healthy, joyful and fully alive. Her teaching is a gift!”

“Prana does an excellent job of creating a contemplative climate to practice a variety of challenging, yet often playful asanas. Her clear, calm voice easily guides yogis through practice sessions that provide inner calmness and clarity, while building physical strength and flexibility.”

Tantra Instruction for Couples

with Prana
or Prana & Rene

In a private, sacred and confidential setting learn tantra practices including yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises) & meditation, as well as communication and intimacy building practices. Experience new levels of expansion within and outside of yourSelf and in your relationships.

Tantra is a practice of balancing the masculine and feminine energy within. This experience can also be shared with others. When this balance occurs within, one can experience moments of enlightenment, Nirvana, a connection with The Divine.

When practiced regularly, tantra practices can create an opening in the chakra system that allows the kundalini energy to awaken and heal the body. This energy can also be generated during love making and, when guided, can provide energetic orgasms. Orgasm retention is a skill that is developed in these practices as a way to conserve energy (prana...life force).

Prana as guide $90 per 1&1/2 hr. session
Prana and Rene as guides $150 per 1&1/2 hr. session

"Both of us had a very loving feeling afterward (sometimes we call it "feeling mushy"), that lasted all night, and we still have it this morning. Our favorite postures are Undulating Seaweed and Embryo. And the assisted stretches made us feel deeply connected."
