Prana Regina Barrett and John Rene Berard are a husband-and-wife team who have shared a Toaist, shamanic and yoga-based tantric path for 15 years. They have designed a retreat of safe and sacred sharing that includes movement, breath, play, sacred touch, communication and intimacy. These tantra practices will bring your connection with Self and other to a whole new level!
Often misunderstood in the West, tantra yoga is a practice of breath control and asanas that encourage the chakras to open and the kundalini energy to rise. Tantric practices also balance the masculine and feminine aspects of Self. When this balance occurs, one can experience a new level of expansion, clarity and connection.
This year, Prana and Rene have invited Toni Bergins, to guide the JourneyDance portions of the retreat. She will take us on a JourneyDance that awakens the Sexy Self within, as well as a tantric JourneyDance through that chakras that will ignite your kundalini energy and transform your soul!
